Your account

We process your email address, password hash, verified account status, session information and security metadata to provide access. API keys are stored as cryptographic digests; the complete key is shown only when it is created. We use an essential, secure session cookie and store recovery identifiers in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers in this console.

Recordings and transcripts

Uploaded audio is processed transiently in memory and is not intentionally written to persistent audio storage. We do not use your requests to train the service. Processing may involve contracted service providers. Transcripts, request IDs, audio digests, status and technical metadata are retained to recover requests and operate the service. No fixed retention period is currently specified; this is not a zero-retention service for text or metadata.

Payments and usage

Stripe processes card payments on its hosted Checkout page. We receive payment identifiers, status, currency and amounts, and keep account balances and usage records. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Security and operational logs should not contain audio, transcripts, passwords or complete API keys.

Your choices

You can revoke API keys and sign out from the console. For access, correction, deletion or account closure requests, contact support. Some billing or security records may need to be retained for applicable obligations or dispute handling. Use only recordings you are authorized to process.
